For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:
- Prescription medicines
- Over-the-counter medicines
- Health products that have been opened
Refunds may be issued only for:
- Damaged or faulty products
- Incorrect items delivered
- Non-medicinal products in sealed, unused condition
To request a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
